There is hereby adopted by reference by the city council as if fully set out at length herein, for the purpose of prescribing regulations governing conditions hazardous to life and property from fire or explosion, these certain codes three (3) copies of which have been on file for more than thirty (30) days in the office of the city clerk and which are known as:
A. International Code Council (ICC) international fire code - 2006, except as deleted or modified by sections 9-11-2 and 9-11-3 of this chapter.
B. The National Fire Protection Association no. 101, 2000 edition, known as the life safety code, the whole thereof. (Ord. 07-33, 3-19-2007)
