The provisions of the 2004 edition of the Illinois plumbing code published by the Illinois department of public health, not less than three (3) copies of which have been and now are on file in the office of the city clerk of the city of Batavia, Illinois, are hereby adopted as the regulations governing plumbing installations, maintenance, and control in all property, buildings, and structures in the city of Batavia, Kane County, Illinois.
