The provisions of the 2006 edition of the international residential code published by the International Code Council, 5203 Leesburg Pike, Suite 600, Falls Church, VA 22041-3401, not less than three (3) copies of which have been and now are on file in the office of the city clerk of the city of Batavia, Illinois, are hereby adopted together with the special regulations listed herein modifying said international residential code as the regulations governing the construction of one- and two-family dwellings attached and detached in the city of Batavia, Kane County, Illinois.
