The provisions of chapter 1 of the international building code/2006, compiled by the International Code Council, not less than three (3) copies of which have been and now are filed in the office of the clerk of the city, are hereby adopted together with the special regulations listed below modifying said international building code/2006 as the regulation governing the administration of this title.
