It shall be the duty of the city clerk to keep at least one copy of this code, as amended, as it exists at any point in time. The clerk shall keep a chronological record of all amending or adding ordinances in such manner that a person may reconstruct the code, as it existed at any previous point in time.
The above mentioned records shall be kept in addition to the record of ordinances which the clerk is required to keep by statute. (Ord. 12-22, 7-2-2012, eff. 8-1-2012)
