Any person violating any provision of this Chapter or violating any reasonable rule of the Board of Health with regard to quarantined premises, or disturbing or disregarding any notice of quarantine placed by or under the direction of the Board of Health shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense; and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
