3-3-48: PENALTIES:

Any person found guilty of a violation of this chapter may be fined as follows:

   A.   For violations of section 3-3-29 of this chapter, no less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) and no more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) per incident;

   B.   For all other violations, no less than fifty dollars ($50.00) and no more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) per incident.

Each day that a violation continues shall be considered a separate incident. (Ord. 13-16, 4-1-2013)
