3-3-38: CONSENT TO ENTRY; INSPECTIONS; VIOLATIONS:
It shall be unlawful for any person to refuse to grant entry to the premises for which any license has been issued, at any time, upon verbal request of the liquor control commissioner or any police officer, authorized health officer or designee from the administrative office or finance department for the purpose of reviewing or auditing the licensee's financial and other records and of determining whether or not the Illinois liquor control act or the provisions of this chapter are being violated.
