3-3-35: POSSESSION OF ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR IN MOTOR VEHICLE:
It shall be unlawful for any person to transport, carry, possess or have any alcoholic liquor within the passenger area of any motor vehicle, except in the original package and with the seal unbroken. (Ord. 13-16, 4-1-2013)
