3-3-33: SALE TO INTOXICATED PERSONS PROHIBITED:
It shall be unlawful for any person, with or without a license, to sell, deliver, give away or otherwise serve any alcoholic liquor to an intoxicated person. (Ord. 13-16, 4-1-2013)
