A.   Nude Dancing And Sexually Provocative Conduct: Nude dancing, lingerie shows, sexually provocative behavior and other similar conduct on premises that are licensed to sell alcoholic liquor is prohibited, including, but not limited to, the following:
      1.   The performance of acts, or simulated acts, of sexual intercourse, masturbation, sodomy, bestiality, oral copulation, flagellation or any sexual acts that are prohibited by law.
      2.   The actual or simulated touching, caressing or fondling of the breasts, buttocks, anus or genitals.
      3.   The actual or simulated displaying of the pubic hair, anus, vulva, genitals, or female breasts below the top of the areola.
      4.   The permitting by a licensee of any person to remain in or upon the licensed premises who exposes to public view any portion of his or her genitals, anus, pubic hair or female breasts below the top of areola.
      5.   The performance of topless and/or bottomless dancing, go-go dancing, stripping, lingerie or bathing suit fashion shows, or similar entertainment where such performances are distinguished or characterized by an emphasis on activities or anatomical areas described in subsections A1, A2, and A3 of this section.
      6.   The displaying of films or pictures depicting acts, a live performance of which is prohibited by the regulations stated above. (Ord. 13-16, 4-1-2013)
