(A) The village adopts the rules and regulations governing the design, construction and use of the water distribution and wastewater collection systems for the county sewer district as binding upon the village.
(B) The village accepts modifications to the cited rules and regulations as they take effect under the jurisdiction of the County Board of Commissioners.
(C) This section shall amend Chapters 52 and 53 and shall prevail in any instance of conflict between existing regulations and the regulations hereby authorized.
