§ 50.08  WATER MANAGEMENT AND SEDIMENT CONTROL REGULATIONS.
   (A)   The Water Management and Sediment Control Regulations, copies of which are on file in the village offices, is adopted and incorporated as part of this code of ordinances as fully as if set out at length herein.
   (B)   The Administrator of the village is hereby authorized to enter into the agreement regarding administration and enforcement of the Village Water Management and Sediment Control Regulations with the county.
