§ 131.35  POSSESSION OF VILLAGE PROPERTY.
   (A)   No person, without being duly authorized, shall have in his or her control or possession any equipment, tools, implements or other property belonging to the village.
   (B)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
