§ 50.03  PAYMENT PRIOR TO PERMIT ISSUANCE.
   The foregoing tap-in charges shall be paid by the applicant property owner prior to the issuance of a tap-in permit by the Village Administrator for connection to the sanitary sewerage system of the village.
