§ 37.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Whoever knowingly violates any provisions of §§ 37.01 through 37.04 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree, and shall be punished as provided by § 130.99.
