§ 35.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree and shall be punished as provided in § 130.99.
   (B)   All civil and criminal prosecutions and claims for refund must be commenced within the time specified by R.C. § 718.06.
   (C)   In addition, for violation of § 35.36(E), each disclosure of confidential information shall constitute a separate offense. Any employee of the municipality who violates the provisions of § 35.36(E) relative to the disclosure of confidential information shall be immediately dismissed.
