§ 97.23  RESTORATION OF PAVEMENT.
   Should the applicant fail to properly replace and repair the pavement or improvements which have been disturbed, the village may, after demand for performance to return the surface, subsurface and improvements to their original condition or better and the failure of the applicant to so do, cause the work to be performed and the bond to be forfeited to the village treasury.
