§ 97.02  STATE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION TO MAINTAIN STATE HIGHWAYS.
   The Ohio Department of Transportation shall maintain the traveled portions of apply standard longitudinal pavement markings, erect regulatory and warning signs, and to plow and place abrasives for ice control on the state highways in the village in accordance with the standard practices of the Ohio Department of Transportation.
