§ 96.08  STREET TREE PLAN FOR NEW DEVELOPMENTS.
   Any new street developed in a subdivision by a private developer and dedicated to the village shall have a street plan approved by the Shade Tree Committee and a bond posted in an amount to be determined by the Village Administrator with Council’s approval, for future installation of the plan. This requirement shall be added to the list of subdivision regulations.
