(A) Pursuant to R.C. 759.34, there shall be a joint meeting of the Village Council and the Board of Trustees of the township on the date of the first regularly scheduled meeting of the Village Council in the month of May each year for cemetery purposes.
(B) Pursuant to R.C. § 759.35, the Village Council or the Board of Trustees of the township may at any time call a joint meeting of such legislative authorities and boards on a reasonable notice given by either, for the purpose of making joint rules and regulations for the government of the cemetery, or changing them, and making such orders as are found necessary for the application of monies arising from the sale of lots, taxes or otherwise.
