§ 91.01  JOINT OPERATION OF CEMETERY.
   The Village of Batavia and Batavia Township, both located within Clermont County, Ohio, hereby confirm and ratify the operation of the Batavia Union Cemetery as a “Union Cemetery” pursuant to R.C. §§ 759.27 to 759.48, subject to the joint management and control of the Village Council and the Board of Trustees of the township.
