§ 90.41  KEEPING OF ANIMALS.
   (A)   No person shall keep any pig, horse, cow, goat, four or more dogs or cats at least three months of age, or any other animals or any fowl or poultry in any pen, yard, lot or other enclosure situated on less than one acre of land and within 100 feet of an inhabited dwelling other than the dwelling of the owner of such animal or animals.
   (B)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
