§ 90.39  HUNTING PROHIBITED.
   (A)   No person shall hunt, kill or attempt to kill any animal or fowl by the use of firearms, bow and arrow, air rifle or any other means within the corporate limits of the municipality.
   (B)   Nothing in this section or elsewhere in the code of ordinances of the village shall prohibit the use of firearms in the control and removal of nuisance wildlife on land for which an applicant has a valid current deer damage control permit issued by the Ohio Department of Natural Resources.
   (C)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
