(A) Any notification provided herein to be given by the Fiscal Officer may be given by any person acting in behalf of or under the authority of the Fiscal Officer.
(B) A reasonable attempt at notification shall constitute notification in compliance with these rules.
(C) A certificate by the Fiscal Officer as to compliance with these rules shall be conclusive upon this village and the municipal body involved. Such certificate shall be placed with the minutes of such meeting.
(D) To better ensure compliance with these rules as to notice and notification, it shall be the responsibility of the Chairperson or Secretary of a municipal body other than Council, or the person or persons calling the meetings, to timely advise the Fiscal Officer of future meetings, and the subject matters to be discussed thereat, of such municipal body.
