(A) The village wishes to establish a Parking Violations Bureau to handle all parking infractions within the village pursuant to R.C. Chapter 4521. The purpose of this section is to formalize the village’s request to the county municipal court to establish a Parking Violations Bureau pursuant to R.C. Chapter 4521.
(B) The Village Mayor and Solicitor are hereby authorized to prepare and present any documents which are necessary to establish a Parking Violations Bureau.
(C) The effective date of the Parking Violations Bureau shall be January 1, 1992.
