The Planning Commission may, on its own motion and after public hearing, amend, supplement or change these regulations. Notice shall be given of the time and place of such public hearing by publication in at least one newspaper of general circulation published in the village 30 days prior to holding of such hearing. Such amendment shall be on file in the office of the Village Fiscal Officer for public examination during such 30 days. However, no amendment, supplementation or change made to these regulations shall become effective until such amendment has been adopted by Council after public hearing.
