§ 152.096  PUBLIC OPEN SPACE.
The Planning Commission urges every subdivider to provide open space for such associated uses as parks, playgrounds, schools and the like to a degree commensurate with the size, density and nature of the proposed development. Where an adopted master plan exists for parks, schools and the like and where such plans pertain to the tract to be subdivided, the Planning Commission shall require the space requirements of the plan to be incorporated into the subdivision design. This shall be accomplished by dedication, reservation for use, acquisition or any other method acceptable to the Planning Commission that would not place an unreasonable burden on the subdivider.
