The arrangement, character, width and location of all thoroughfares or extensions thereof shall conform with the village’s Major Thoroughfare Plan. Thoroughfares not contained in the aforementioned plan shall conform to the recommendation of the Planning Commission based upon the design standards set forth in § 152.088. In addition, no final plat of land shall be approved unless it conforms to the zoning ordinance.
