§ 152.036  RECORD PLAT APPROVAL.
   Upon approval of the final plans and assurance of completion for all required improvements, the subdivider may present the record plat for approval. The record plat shall contain all information required and shall comply with all requirements of these regulations. The Planning Commission or an authorized representative of the Planning Commission shall endorse in writing on the plat the approval or disapproval of such plat within 30 days after the submission of the plat for approval, or within such further time as the applicant may agree to; otherwise such plat shall be deemed approved, and the certificate of the Planning Commission as to the date of the submission of the record plat for approval and the failure to take action thereon within such time shall be sufficient in lieu of the written endorsement or evidence of approval. The grounds of refusal of approval of the plat submitted, including citation of or reference to the rule or regulation violated by the plat, shall be attached to the plat and shall be entered upon the permanent records of the Commission, pursuant to R.C. § 711.09. After final recording, the subdivider shall furnish a reproducible copy of the plat for filing in the Planning Commission office and the office of the County Engineer.
