§ 152.035  APPROVAL PERIOD OF FINAL PLAN.
   The approval of the final plan shall be effective for a maximum of five years; otherwise the final plan will be considered void unless an extension is requested by the developer and granted in writing by the Planning Commission. One year extensions may be granted by the Planning Commission.
