§ 152.034  APPROVAL OR DISAPPROVAL OF FINAL PLAN.
After receipt and disposition of review comments, the Planning Commission shall determine whether the final plans shall be approved, approved with modifications or disapproved. If a plan is disapproved, the reason shall be so stated in writing. The Planning Commission shall act on the final plan within 30 days after filing or at the first normal monthly Commission meeting of 30 days following a filing, whichever is most appropriate unless such time is extended by agreement with the subdivider to allow adequate response to appropriate review comments. When final plans have been approved by the Planning Commission, an administrative officer of the Commission shall sign all copies and return one to the subdivider for compliance with final approval requirements. Approval of final plans shall be conditional upon compliance with all other applicable statutes of the state and village ordinances.
