§ 152.029  APPROVAL PERIOD OF PRELIMINARY PLAN.
   The approval of the preliminary plan shall be effective for a maximum of 12 months unless the first section of the subdivision has been filed for final approval; otherwise the preliminary plan will be considered void unless an extension is requested by the developer and granted in writing by the Planning Commission. All sections of an approved preliminary plan shall be filed for final approval within three years of the date of the initial approval of the preliminary plan; otherwise the preliminary plan will be considered void. One year extensions may be granted by the Planning Commission.
