§ 151.05  LANDS TO WHICH THIS CHAPTER APPLIES.
   This chapter shall apply to all areas of special flood hazard within the jurisdiction of the village as identified by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), including any additional flood hazard areas annexed by the village that are not identified on the effective Flood Insurance Rate Map.
