§ 151.01  STATUTORY AUTHORIZATION.
   The Ohio Constitution Art. XVIII, § 3 grants municipalities the legal authority to adopt land use and control measures for promoting the public health, safety and general welfare of its citizens. Therefore, Council ordains this chapter as follows.
