§ 150.04  RESIDENTIAL BUILDING CODE OF OHIO FOR ONE-, TWO- AND THREE- FAMILY DWELLINGS.
   The Residential Building Code of Ohio for One-, Two- and Three-Family Dwellings, O.A.C. § 4101:8, as promulgated by the Ohio Board of Building Standards, shall apply and be enforced within the village, except plumbing.
