§ 150.01  CLERMONT COUNTY BUILDING CODE.
   (A)   Adoption and changes.
      (1)   The Building Code of Clermont County, Ohio, latest edition, as may be amended from time to time, is adopted by Council as the Building Code for the village, and all the regulations contained in the County Building Code are approved and shall constitute the Building Code of the village, governing one-, two- and three-family residential dwellings, except as hereinafter provided. The Clermont County Building Code is hereby adopted by reference and made a part of this code the same as if set forth in full herein.
      (2)   As used in the adopted Building Code, certain terms are defined as follows:
         BOARD OF BUILDING STANDARDS.  Village Building Inspector.
         BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS.  The Council of the Village of Batavia.
         COUNTY.  Village of Batavia.
         PROSECUTING ATTORNEY.  Village Solicitor.
   (B)   File copy.  The complete code of regulations to be known as the Village Building Code is on file at the office of the Fiscal Officer in the Village Hall on Main Street, and is open for public inspection.
