§ 139.02  SWIMMING OR ICE SKATING IN AND ON LITTLE MIAMI RIVER.
   (A)   Swimming is prohibited in the Little Miami River.
   (B)   Ice skating is prohibited on the Little Miami River.
   (C)   Whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense, and a fourth degree misdemeanor on each subsequent offense.
