8-5-6: CONTAINERS:
All containers used for liquefied petroleum gases shall be constructed according to the standards prescribed therefor in the Standards of the National Board of Fire Underwriters for the Storage of Liquefied Petroleum Gases, of 1958, with the 1959 amendments, as published in pamphlet form by the National Board of Fire Underwriters, hereinafter referred to as N.B.F.U. Pamphlet No. 58.
The maximum filling density (the percent ratio of the weight of gas in a container to the weight of water in the container will hold at 60° F.) shall be that prescribed in paragraph B.11 (page 16) of N.B.F.U. Pamphlet No. 58.
No such container for use in connection with any building shall be located between the building and the street upon which the building abuts, nor within such building. The installation of such containers and location with reference to buildings shall be in accordance with the standards prescribed in N.B.F.U. Pamphlet No. 58. (1968 Code, §21.405)
