All liquefied petroleum gas used or stored in the Village shall be effectively odorized by an agent of such character as to indicate by a distinctive odor the presence of gas in the air down to a concentration of one-fifth (1/5) of the lower limit of the combustibility. (1968 Code, §21.404)
