§ 35.02 INVESTMENT OF COUNTY FUNDS.
   (A)   The County Treasurer is authorized to invest and reinvest any money under the control of the county from time to time in any or all of the investments described in I.C. 5-13-9-1 et seq. and all acts amendatory thereof or supplemental thereto.
   (B)   The County Treasurer is authorized to invest and reinvest the money described in division (A) above from the specific funds and money on deposit, as set by Council.
   (C)   Any interest earned from money invested from any of the above-described funds shall be applied to that respective fund.
   (D)   The County Treasurer shall keep and maintain documentation of all investment transactions as shall be sufficient for audit purposes and as shall be required from time to time by the State Board of Accounts.
