This acceptance does not constitute acceptance for maintenance by the County. Maintenance of any improvements by the County shall commence only after all improvements have been installed, the improvements have found to be in substantial compliance with the approved improvements plans, and the release of the financial guarantees for performance, which requires a separate Board approval.
