The Hartford Variable Annuity Life Insurance Company is designated as the agent of the county to administer the County Deferred Compensation Plan as it pertains to accounting for deferrals, the disbursement of funds, withholding of taxes and the proper reporting to participants, annuitants and governmental agencies and the administrative services agreement between the county and Hartford Variable Annuity Life Insurance Company, as set forth in “Exhibit B”, which was attached to the adopting newsletter, is adopted and the Commissioners have individually executed the agreement. Copies of the plan shall be maintained in the office of the County Auditor and be open for inspection during regular business hours.
