The Board of Commissioners, having conducted an investigation and having reviewed the work of the various offices and departments of the county, hereby determines that the following officials and employees of the county must be available to immediately respond from their residences to emergency situations:
(A) Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent of the County Highway Department;
(B) Immunization representative of the State Board of Health employed by County Health Department;
(C) Animal Control Officer; and
(D) Director of Weights and Measures.
