(A) The county shall constitute the Ninth Judicial Circuit of the state pursuant to I.C. 33-33-3-1.
(B) Pursuant to I.C. 33-33-3-2, a Superior Court in and for the county is created.
(C) The Superior Circuits have concurrent jurisdiction, both original and appellate, with the Circuit Court in all civil actions and proceedings at law and in equity and in all criminal and probate matters, actions and proceedings of which the Circuit Court has jurisdiction.
(D) Pursuant to I.C . 33-33-3-6, the Judge of the Superior Court No. 2 may appoint one full-time magistrate to serve the Court.
