§ 33.007 EMPLOYEE BENEFIT TRUST PLAN.
   (A)   Effective 12-1-1989, the County Employee Benefit Trust took effect.
   (B)   All group plan benefits shall be governed by the summary plan description, a copy of which is on file in the office of the County Auditor and open for inspection during regular business hours.
