   The following appointed positions are recognized along with the relevant state laws, where applicable:

   (A)   County Attorney, I.C. 36-2-2-30;

   (B)   County Engineer, I.C. 36-9-8-3;

   (C)   County Highway Superintendent, I.C. 8-17-3-1 et seq.;

   (D)   County Physician;

   (E)   Animal Control Officer;

   (F)   County Building and Maintenance Supervisor;

   (G)   County Highway Superintendent;

   (H)   Veterans Officer;

   (I)   Technical Code Enforcement Officer;

   (J)   Columbus/Bartholomew Planning Director;

   (K)   Office of Emergency Preparedness Director;

   (L)   Weights and Measures and IOSHA Director;

   (M)   Emergency Operations Director; and

   (N)   Information Services Director.
