§ 156.221 FEES.
   (A)   The Commission shall establish a uniform schedule of fees for filing applications.
   (B)   These fees shall be proportioned to the cost of checking, verifying and advertising all proposed subdivisions.
   (C)   The fee schedule shall be on display at the Department office.
