No changes, erasures, modifications or revisions shall be made in any plat of a subdivision after approval has been given by the Commission and endorsed in writing on the plat, unless the plat is first resubmitted to the Commission and the change(s) approved, unless the changes meet the requirements of an administrative subdivision, in which case the staff may approve the changes.
