The Plan Director, or his or her designee, is hereby designated as the official authorized to approve administrative and agricultural subdivisions. At least every six months, the staff shall provide to the Commission a report of all administrative and agricultural subdivisions approved. This report shall contain the names of the subdivisions, the names of the owners, the area of the property involved, the type of subdivision and the dates of approval.
